Intercultural Center (ICC) and Intercultural Lounge (ICL)
The Intercultural Center in Case Center provides a program of cocurricular activities that welcomes, acknowledges and celebrates diverse traditions. The center offers a visual presence and an annual calendar of programs, workshops and exhibits that support academic and other department programs. The Intercultural Center is a common meeting place for such student organizations such as Asian Cultural Awareness, International Student Union, Hayat, Hip-Hop Club, Raices, Skidmore Pride Alliance, Ujima, Chinese Culture Club, Hillel and Christian Fellowship. Connected both to the Office of Student Diversity Programs and the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life, the Intercultural Center also serves as a meeting and programming center for interfaith activities. The Intercultural Center promotes an intercultural exchange of ideas and traditions among students, faculty and staff that leads to a greater understanding of one's citizenship in a global community.
The Intercultural Center is located on the second floor of Case Center.
